What this website is for
We are a jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler. This website shows our designs and lets jewellers, retailers, wholesale buyers and private customers contact us. You cannot buy or pay on the website: there is no cart, no online payment and no checkout. Every order is discussed and agreed directly with us by WhatsApp, phone, email or at our office.
Designs, photos and prices
- Our jewellery is handmade. Weight, size, stone shades and finish can differ slightly from piece to piece and from the photos, and colours can look different on different screens.
- Designs on the website are examples of our work. A design may be changed, made to order, or no longer available.
- Where a price or price range is shown, it is only a guide. Gold and silver rates, stones, weight, making charges and taxes change the final price. The price that counts is the written quote we send you.
Enquiries, quotes and orders
- Sending an enquiry does not create an order or any obligation for you or for us.
- An order exists only when we have both agreed in writing (for example by email or WhatsApp) on the design, specification, quantity, price, payment terms and delivery time. Those agreed terms, together with any invoice, apply to that order.
- For custom or wholesale orders we may ask for an advance payment before we start work; the amount and the rules for changes and cancellations are agreed with you in writing for each order.
- Delivery within India or abroad, insurance and who pays for them are agreed for each order.
Custom designs
If you share your own design, sketch or photo with us, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and we will use it only to quote for and make your order. Designs that we create remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Our content
The photos, designs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Shivam Jewels and Arts LLP or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our photos, designs or text, for example on another website, catalogue or social media account, without our written permission.
Using the website fairly
Please do not send false or misleading enquiries, try to break or overload the website, use it to send spam, or collect data from it with automated tools. We may block access or refuse enquiries that break these rules.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube and social media. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Responsibility
We take care that the information on this website is correct and that the website works, but we cannot promise that it is always complete, up to date or available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
